Materials

1 skein Cascade Nikki, 100g/110yds

Needles: One US size 11 16" circular and one set of size 11 8" double points

Gauge: 12sts/4"

Instructions

Using the 16" circular needle, CO 64sts. Join into the round, making sure not to twist.

Work in K4, P4 ribbing until the hat measures 11".

Begin decreasing as follows. Change to double points as needed:

Row 1: *K4, P2tog, P2*, repeat * to * around. From now on, a section marked with stars is repeated over and over until the end of the row.
Row 2: *K4, P3* around.
Row 3: *K4, P2tog, P1* around.
Row 4: *K4, P2* around.
Row 5: *K4, P2tog* around.
Row 6: *K4, P1* around.
Row 7: *SSK, K2tog, P1* around.
Row 8: *SSK, P1* around.
Row 9: *SSK* around.

Break the yarn, thread it through the remaining stitches and draw it tight. Sew in your ends.
